We have loved this condo since we bought it from the developer in 2003, it is a wonderful complex! We kept it to ourselves mostly, and never rented it much but this building is booked solid all year so it would make a great investment rental property. There are also several people who live at Sterling Beach full time so it can make a great low maintenance home too!!
